Location

Our adventure course is located in the ancient woodland at Best Western Beamish Hall. You can easily reach us from Newcastle, Durham or even a bit further afield.

Beamish Museum is also just around the corner so there’s plenty going on in the area.

Our postcode is DH9 0YB should you decide to play it safe and SATNAV your way down.

Food & Drink

If you do feel a bit peckish before or after your adventure or maybe fancy a glass of wine/beer (definitely after!), The Stables Bar and Restaurant is just 50 yards away.

You can relax and enjoy the sunshine in the fabulous courtyard during the summer months or cosy up to the log burning fires if it’s a bit chilly outside.

Oh… and the Stables Brewery is producing 8 fabulous real ales which are available all year-round.

More info on the Stables here or just give our colleagues a quick call on 01207 288 750.

Had the pleasure of stopping a night, and enjoying a meal in the Stables restaurant, all very nice and a most wonderful visit to the nearby Beamish open air museum.

Not very cheap, but make a whole day and you'll get your money's worth! Put effort in to see everything and it'll be a fascinating day. Good weather, or at least dry, helps. For those.with longer memories, there'll be lots of little surprises. Wonderful.

The staff were very accommodating and patient with our group of roughly 12 people. Friendly service and lovely house although there was egg shells in our breakfasts but there was an inhuman amount of people staying at the time.
