The Beamish Wild Ropes Activity Course is a fun experience and we have made every effort to make it as inclusive as possible. However, as with any outdoor adventure activity we are obliged to enforce certain usage restrictions to ensure participant safety.
Height and weight -
Minimum height - 4'5" / 134cms
Maximum weight - 18 stone / 120 kg
Age restrictions –
Minimum 10 years
Supervision –
As in any active pursuit, younger participants require supervision on the ropes course. The following age restrictions apply to supervision;
Participants aged over 16 do not require supervision on the course, however those aged 16 cannot supervise younger participants.
Participants aged 10 to 15 years old require supervision by an 18+ year old participant.
How many younger participants can you supervise?
18+ year olds can supervise a maximum of two 10 to 15 year olds.
