We are pleased to announce that we now provide customised management training, development programmes and unique teambuilding events for organisations at the Beamish Hall Country House Hotel in County Durham.
Our developmental programmes utilise the inspirational grounds surrounding the Hall which includes the newly developed ropes courses which are set amongst the treetop, and our fantastic resident birds of prey at our conservation centre. The ancient woodland and beautiful landscapes of County Durham provide the perfect environment to bond with colleagues, engage in new activities and to build and develop the necessary skills that will help you and your team to excel.
We take a flexible approach to programme design and delivery and will spend time to fully understand your individual training needs and objectives. We offer a number of standard packages and development programmes, which if desired can be customised or themed to suit your organisational needs.
