Archery Newcastle

Whether you want to try your hand at this ancient sport or even hone your existing skills, we offer a great venue for Archery in the north east.

Archery in County Durham at Beamish Wild

Our Archery sessions are a great opportunity to prove your sporting prowess and get competitive with your friends and family. The sessions last an hour and will start with a safety brief and introduction to the equipment you will be using.

Following that, you will have the opportunity to start your target practice under the careful supervision and tuition of our staff. Depending on your skill level and development, you will take part in a range of fun and competitive Archery games. The session will culminate with a “Champion Archer” and medals for everyone that took part.

Our wide range of archery equipment ensures children as young as 8 can take part in this great competitive activity and find their inner Robin Hood.

We are a stone throw away from Newcastle, Durham and Sunderland so if you are wanting to try Archery in the north east, we are ideally located and easy to get to.

We look forward to seeing you soon and please don’t hesitate to get in touch on 01207 233 733 ext 7 or drop us a line if you have any questions at all.

Had the pleasure of stopping a night, and enjoying a meal in the Stables restaurant, all very nice and a most wonderful visit to the nearby Beamish open air museum.

Not very cheap, but make a whole day and you'll get your money's worth! Put effort in to see everything and it'll be a fascinating day. Good weather, or at least dry, helps. For those.with longer memories, there'll be lots of little surprises. Wonderful.

The staff were very accommodating and patient with our group of roughly 12 people. Friendly service and lovely house although there was egg shells in our breakfasts but there was an inhuman amount of people staying at the time.
